1. Choose your professional resume package in the "Pricing" page. On the same day, you will receive an email with an introduction and a questionnaire. The purpose of the questionnaire is to get a better idea of your work experience, education, qualifications, accomplishments, and the types of jobs you will be applying for. 

2. Once the questionnaire is received, we will contact you based on your preference of communication (call or email) if we have any questions on important key details that can be added to your resume. You will then receive a draft resume that same day.. 

3. . Once the draft is completed and approved, you will receive your finished resume the following day as both a PDF and Word document.

With the Resume + LinkedIn Combo, you can get your LinkedIn revised and fully updated. 

Your LinkedIn will not be accessed through your username and password. Arlette will simply take a look at your public LinkedIn page and tell you what to plug in for each category. She also boost your biography and give you some pointers to help you stand out to recruiters.
